HY+ Ltd is 100% owned by the University of Helsinki. We have been providing continuing education and development services for organisations and individuals in Finland and abroad for over three decades. We have an evidence-based track record in creating individually designed training programmes, and managing various development programmes to enhance the capabilities and competences of our partnering organisations.​

The purpose of our organisation is to improve the world of the future and promote individual wellbeing by enhancing learning, knowledge-sharing and development. We believe in collaboration and empowerment and therefore focus on building trust with our collaboration partners. Our role in the development programmes is to lead our partners to learn and take ownership of the project. By doing so, we ensure that the jointly drafted plans and ways of working will be implemented and the development continues.

HY+ organises Eduvisits for teachers, principals, administrators and other education professionals to learn about the Finnish educational system, which is known to be one of the best in the world. Eduvisits aim to share the know-how behind the success of Finnish education system.

Eduvisit participants have an opportunity to learn from leading experts about the latest educational research and practices as well as Finnish teacher training. The customised Eduvisit programmes are for groups of 10 people or more.
